Kin Bottle Refunds and Returns

We're so sure you'll love your Kin Bottle, we offer free returns on every purchase. You must request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item by emailing support@kinbottle.com. You will be given an RMA (return merchandise authorization) followed by a return shipping label. 

Items returned must meet the following conditions to qualify for a full refund:

• Item is returned in original packaging
• Item is returned unused and undamaged
• Item is returned (date shipped) within 5 calendar days of receiving an RMA

We cannot make any exceptions to these conditions. If you return a bottle that does not meet these requirements, you will not be refunded as the bottle will need to be destroyed rather than resold due to our strict hygiene requirements.
